Shamann Walton (November 2022)

District 10 Supervisor

SF Rising Action Fund is excited to endorse Board President Shamann Walton in his re-election for District 10 Supervisor. District 10 is home to our city’s largest population of Black residents, and with more Black residents leaving San Francisco every year, it’s critical that we have a supervisor in City Hall who will represent this community.

Supervisor Walton has proven that he will fight for our communities by implementing crucial eviction protections for renters, leading the successful passage of Proposition C in 2020 to allow non-citizen residents to serve on our city’s Boards and Commissions, and creating the first African-American Reparations Advisory Committee.

We truly believe that Supervisor Walton will continue to be a strong voice for District 10’s diverse residents.

Won with 72.86%
