PROP I: “AFFORDABLE HOUSING GUARANTEE ACT”

As AI and big tech corporations push our communities out of SF, we need more housing that everyone can afford. The Affordable Housing Guarantee Act dedicates an existing 2020 tax on high-value property sales, over $10 million, to fund and build new and permanent affordable housing, prevent displacement, provide tenant protections, eviction defense, and homelessness prevention. 

Prop I is a win for our communities that are struggling to stay in their homes here,  and prevents any future elected officials from trying to use these funds for anything else – vote YES on Prop I! 

Propuesta I: “Ley de Garantía de Vivienda Asequible”

A medida que la inteligencia artificial y las grandes corporaciones tecnológicas impulsan nuestra comunidad fuera de San Francisco, necesitamos más viviendas que todos puedan pagar. La Ley de Garantía de Vivienda Asequible dedica un existente impuesto desde 2020 sobre las ventas de propiedades de alto valor, de más de 10 millones de dólares, para financiar y construir viviendas asequibles, tanto nuevas como permanentes, prevenir el desplazamiento, proteger a los inquilinos, brindar defensa contra los desalojos y prevenir la falta de vivienda.

La Propuesta I es una victoria para nuestras comunidades que luchan por conservar sus hogares aquí, e impide que cualquier futuro funcionario electo intente utilizar estos fondos para cualquier otra cosa – ¡Vote SÍ a la Propuesta I!

Panukala I: “Affordable Housing Guarantee Act”

Habang itinutulak ng AI at malalaking kumpanya ng teknolohiya ang mga komunidad palabas ng San Francisco, kailangan natin ng mas maraming pabahay na abot-kaya para sa lahat. Ang Affordable Housing Guarantee Act ay inilaan sa umiiral na buwis na ipinatupad noong 2020 sa mga pagbebenta ng ari-arian na nagkakahalaga ng mahigit $10 milyon, upang pondohan at magtayo ng bago at permanenteng abot-kayang pabahay, para mapigilan ang pagpapaalis sa mga residente dahil sa pagtaas ng gastos, magbigay ng proteksyon sa mga nangungupahan, tulong sa mga nahaharap sa eviction, at maiwasan ang kawalan ng tirahan. 

Ang Prop I ay isang tagumpay para sa ating mga komunidad na nahihirapang manatili sa kanilang mga tahanan dito, at pinipigilan nito ang sinumang mga opisyal na mahahalal sa hinaharap na gamitin ang mga pondong ito para sa ibang bagay—bumoto ng OO sa Prop I! 

I 提案: “可负担住房保障法”

随着人工智能（AI）和大型科技公司将我们的社区挤出三藩市，我们需要更多人人 都能负担得起的住房。《可负担住房保障法》将一项现有的2020年法律，把针对 1000万美元以上高价值房产销售所征收的税款，专项用于资助和建设新的、永久性 的可负担住房，防止居民被迫迁离，提供租户保护，协助抗辩驱逐，并预防无家可 归。
